Manchester City’s De Bruyne Praised by Oliseh Following Champions League Exit to Real Madrid

During the recent Champions League defeat to Real Madrid, Sunday Oliseh, the former Super Eagles midfielder, commended the performance of Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne.

De Bruyne managed to score a crucial late equalizer in the game at the Etihad Stadium, which ended in a 1-1 draw after 90 minutes.

After the 120 minutes of play, the scoreboard showed a 4-4 aggregate tie between the two top European teams.

Despite his impactful contribution, De Bruyne was substituted by Pep Guardiola before the penalty shootout, which Real Madrid won to progress.

In admiration of De Bruyne’s skills on the field, Oliseh expressed his thoughts on Twitter, stating: “[Kelvin] De Bruyne!!! What a player.”

City faced elimination from the tournament as Bernardo Silva and Mateo Kovacic missed their penalty kicks.
