The termination of a man’s employment allegedly due to his refusal to engage in sexual advances with his female boss has been publicly disclosed.
According to the man, despite adhering to all work requirements including punctuality, his dismissal occurred following his rejection of the advances made by his female superior.
Additionally, he claimed that his boss cited inadequate performance as the reason for his firing from the position he had held for a year. @Cashmase was informed that concrete evidence against his Caucasian boss would be necessary to substantiate the allegations in the court of law.
He took to Twitter to express his frustration, questioning the double standard that seemingly allows women to engage in such behavior with impunity, while men are expected to provide unequivocal evidence.
