Madubuike emphasizes the importance of finishing the season strongly

In preparation for their final match of the season against Doma United, Abia Warriors assistant coach, Igwe Madubuike, stresses the team’s commitment to the game.

Following a 2-0 victory over Akwa United last weekend, the Umuahia-based club has secured their safety in the Nigeria Premier Football League.

With nothing but pride at stake, Abia Warriors will face Doma United at the Pantami Township Stadium on Sunday.

On the other hand, Doma United is in dire need of a substantial victory to bolster their chances of avoiding relegation.

Expressing his aspirations, Madubuike mentioned that the team’s primary goal is to conclude the season positively.

He conveyed to Abia Warriors media, saying, “Our approach to the match against Doma United will be earnest as we aim to secure a commendable position on the NPFL table.”

Abia Warriors have accumulated 51 points from 37 matches throughout this campaign.
