In a recent revelation, emerging Nigerian artist Logos Olori shared that he continues to receive royalties for his contribution to Davido’s popular track ‘Unavailable’.
During his interview on Hiptv, Logos Olori discussed his dynamic with Davido, confirming his role in writing the hit song ‘Unavailable’ while acknowledging adjustments made by Peruzzi and Davido to align with their styles.
When questioned about the royalties, Logos Olori asserted that he is still being compensated by Davido.
He explained, “The tweaking primarily occurred in the verse. Peruzzi introduced a different vibe for the verse. I brought in my own perspective and narrative, but David preferred his own storyline. That’s where the adjustments in the verse took place, yet the core concept of the song remained intact.
“Certainly, I am still entitled to royalties. Davido maintains a high level of professionalism in all his dealings.”
