Lobi Stars Players Take Stand Against Unpaid Wages

Protesting the delay in salary payments, Lobi Stars players have decided to go on strike.

Reports indicate that the players have not been paid their wages for the past two months.

In response, they have collectively agreed to refrain from training or participating in any club activities until their overdue salaries are settled.

Recently, the Makurdi club has experienced a decline in performance, resulting in their exit from the title race.

Currently, Eugene Agagbe’s team occupies the fifth spot in the table with 52 points from 32 matches.

The Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, is presently on a one-month hiatus.
