As it was ascending Costain bridge inward Iponri, a loaded tanker fell and spilled its content on the road.
While falling, it also crushed a sedan car.
Videos from the scene depict residents using kegs and buckets to scoop the spilled content of the tanker onto the road.
The fallen tanker has blocked the road, and commuters are being advised to take alternative routes.
