Late US Rapper, Coolio cremated with his ashes to be encased in jewelry for his children and other family members

Late American rapper, Coolio, has been cremated, and his ashes will be encased in jewelry for his children and other family members. The Gangsta’s Paradise hitmaker, who tragically passed away at the age of 59 from a suspected heart attack last month, has already been cremated, as revealed by a death certificate obtained by TMZ. His representative shared that his remains will be preserved in necklaces to be distributed among his 10 children and other close relations. The necklaces will contain customized inscriptions arranged by each of his children. The remaining ashes will be kept in an urn after the distribution of the necklaces.

Coolio had four children – Artisha, Brandi, Jackie, and Artis – with his ex-wife Josefa Salinas, from whom he divorced in 2000. Additionally, he had six children – Grtis, Milan, Darius, Zhaneand, and twins Kate and Shayne – with various other women.

The beloved rapper, whose real name was Artis Ivey Jr., was discovered on a friend’s bathroom floor last month and pronounced dead of a suspected cardiac arrest. His longtime girlfriend Mimi Ivey, who had been with him since 2012, exclusively recounted her reaction upon receiving the news, describing the moment as the “all of the air and life coming out of my body” and collapsing.

It was revealed that Coolio, in accordance with his own instructions, would not have a full funeral and would be cremated. This measure was intended to prevent a possible dispute between the mothers of his children, according to a source close to him. Mimi, an exotic dancer and chef, disclosed that she and Coolio had an understanding about his relationships with other women, stating that they were best friends and had open conversations about various aspects of their lives.
