According to a report by NewsNow, Kabir Muhammed has been named as the assistant captain for Kwara United.
Confirmation of Muhammed’s new role was made by head coach Kabiru Dogo following a training session held by the team on Wednesday.
Muhammed, a left-back, will be supporting team captain Musa Abdulafeez in his duties.
Kwara United is currently engaged in preparations for the upcoming season at Ikenne.
The Harmony Boys are set to face Niger Tornadoes in their opening match of the 2024/25 season.
The new NPFL season is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, August 31st.
