Jangora Ahmed and Ahmed Yaro Yaro Garba are set to lead Kano Pillars for the remainder of the Nigeria Premier Football League season.
Following the suspension of head coach, Abdullahi Maikaba, the club’s management has assigned Ahmed and Yaro Yaro to take charge of the team.
Ahmed and Yaro Yaro, who both have history playing for the Sai Masu Gida, will step in as caretaker coaches.
Earlier in the week, Maikaba criticized the club’s leadership for what he perceived as a lack of professionalism.
Despite the challenges, Kano Pillars have managed to secure 44 points from 32 games so far in this campaign.
