One of the seven passengers kidnapped in the Kaduna train attack on March 28, Abubakar Sadiq Zubairu, has been released by the terrorists.
The victims, who spent over 100 days in captivity, were released by the terrorists on Saturday, July 9.
Yusuf Sadauki, a family member, confirmed the safe return of the victim, expressing gratitude to Allah and praying for the release of the remaining captives.
Sani Gide Idris also expressed joy at the release, conveying the relief experienced by Zubairu’s family and the nation at large.
He recounted the harrowing experience and extended prayers for the quick and safe release of others still held captive.
