Ihedioha: Stop acting like spoilt brats and apologize to the Supreme Court justices now- Buhari Media Organization tells PDP

The Buhari Media Organisation (BMO) has called on the leadership of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to cease their behavior and issue a sincere apology to the Chief Justice of Nigeria, the Supreme Court, and the Nigerian populace for their negative remarks following the January 14th Supreme Court decision which removed Emeka Ihedioha of the PDP as Imo state governor and installed Hope Uzodinma of the APC in his place.

In a statement released on January 23rd, Niyi Akinsiju, the chairman of the pro-Buhari group, and Cassidy Madueke, the Secretary, expressed that the PDP consistently behaves like entitled “spoilt brats” whenever the judiciary issues a decision that does not favor their party.

The statement condemned the PDP’s actions, stating that their protests and allegations against the Supreme Court Justices were offensive and in conflict with democratic principles. The BMO emphasized that the PDP’s conduct was reprehensible, particularly considering their long-standing involvement in the nation’s governance and democratic institutions.

The BMO highlighted the PDP’s demands for the reversal of the Supreme Court’s decision and the resignation of Chief Justice Tanko Muhammed as further evidence of their inappropriate behavior. The group accused the PDP of being ungrateful cry-babies, condemning them for protesting against the Supreme Court’s ruling, while praising the judiciary when its decisions were in their favor.

The statement pointed out previous Supreme Court rulings in favor of the PDP and highlighted the party’s enthusiastic support for the judiciary at such times. The BMO criticized the PDP for lacking integrity and behaving irresponsibly whenever the court’s decisions did not align with their interests.

The BMO concluded by stating that the PDP was apprehensive about potential future court rulings that might not favor them.
