Nkem Owoh, the revered Nollywood actor known as Osuofia, has broken his silence for the first time since the tragic passing of his second daughter, Kosisochukwu. Unfortunately, Kosisochukwu, only 24 years old, succumbed to a brief illness on June 28, 2023, and her final resting place is the Amagu village in Udi, Enugu state, where she was laid to rest on Thursday, August 24.
It was on Monday, August 28, that Osuofia took to Instagram to express his gratitude for the immense love and support that his family received during their time of grieving. In a poignant post, he conveyed his heartfelt appreciation, stating, “I want to thank you all for the support and love shown to me and my family. When tragedy strikes, there is nothing more heartening than knowing that you’re not alone. It was with deep gratitude that I received your note, calls with condolences. We have seen many changes over the years. But this is a change I did not anticipate, and I am feeling an acute sense of loss. I know that because of your encouragement, I will get through this time. Thank you for helping to push me through my grief.”
