A man named Sunday Ogunleye was fatally shot by gunmen in Okene Town, Kogi State.
The incident occurred on Wednesday night, May 25, when Ogunleye and two others were shot dead along the Federal College of Education road in Otite, Okene.
According to Anthony Owudah, the deceased was targeted by hired assassins.
“Sunday Ogunleye (Sunny) was killed by unknown gunmen in FCE Okene area yesterday evening. May your soul rest in perfect peace, and the Almighty God, being the chief justice of the whole universe, is still in control,” wrote Abdulmumuni Suleiman.
