FRSC deploys 430 personnel in Jigawa for Eid-el-Kabir Festivities

In Jigawa State, the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) has deployed a total of 430 personnel along with nine vehicles to ensure a safe and accident-free Eid-el-Kabir celebration. This initiative was revealed by the State Sector Commandant, Mr. Usman Ibrahim, during a briefing with journalists in Dutse.

Emphasizing on the proactive measures taken by the command, Mr. Usman Ibrahim stated that they are fully prepared to tackle road accidents throughout the state during the festive period. He mentioned the implementation of strategies to prevent crashes on the roads during this year’s Eid-el-Kabir, which includes the commencement of a special patrol operation.

The main aim of this special operation is to significantly reduce road traffic accidents, fatalities, injuries, ensure timely response to crash victims, and address other related issues. In addition to this, the command will conduct rigorous enforcement actions, including setting up mobile courts to prosecute traffic law violators.

Mr. Usman Ibrahim urged all road users to collaborate with the command to guarantee the smooth execution of this exercise and ensure the safety of everyone on the roads.
