On Wednesday, Femi Otedola, a prominent billionaire, donated an impressive N1bn to the Lagos State Security Trust Fund, as revealed by the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Lagos State Governor, Jubril Gawat, in a post on X.
The donation was officially received by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, and it was presented by Otedola’s daughter, Teniola, at the Lagos House, Marina. Gawat emphasized that “Mr Femi Otedola has been a consistent donor to the fund.”
