EPL Update: Man Utd’s Ten Hag Provides Injury News for Fulham Match

The recovery of Luke Shaw won’t be rushed, according to Manchester United’s manager, Erik ten Hag.

Shaw’s return will be delayed until after the September international break due to another setback.

Having been sidelined since February, the left-back recently featured for England against Spain in the Euro 2024 final.

Ten Hag mentioned in a news conference on Thursday, “His return is imminent, just a matter of a short time.”

Shaw will sit out of the Red Devils’ first Premier League game against Fulham this Friday.

On a positive note, Ten Hag confirmed the availability of new signings Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui, who recently joined from Bayern Munich.

“Both De Ligt and Mazraoui will be included in the squad, along with Harry Maguire,” added Ten Hag.
