Enugu Federal Road Projects Inspected by Umahi; Affirms Tinubu’s Good Intentions

Over the weekend, Minister of Works, Engineer David Umahi carried out inspections on various Federal Government infrastructure projects in Enugu and neighboring states.

During his visit to Enugu State, the Minister surveyed the progress of the reconstruction of the collapsed New Artisan Bridge along the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway.

He then proceeded to assess the construction of a massive 23-span twin flyover bridge at Emene in the same state.

Umahi praised the flyover as a transformative project that will greatly benefit the people of Enugu and the surrounding areas.

In a statement released by the Minister’s Special Adviser on Media, Mr. Uchenna Orji, it was highlighted that the road being constructed will provide vital connections for various suburbs within the state and neighboring regions.

The statement emphasized the significance of the flyover in enhancing economic development, safety, and connectivity to key facilities such as airports in Enugu and Ebonyi States.

Umahi expressed confidence in President’s commitment to improving Nigeria’s economy through strategic road infrastructure investments.
