Louddaaa, a music producer, shared that his collaboration with the emerging sensation Ayra Starr on her latest album “The Year I Turned 21” compelled him to explore new horizons creatively.
In an interview with Sunday Scoop, Louddaaa expressed, “Partnering with Ayra pushed me beyond my comfort zone, prompting significant experimentation as she harbors an affinity for innovation, albeit with a precise vision in mind.
“The experience of working with her has honed my skill of attentive listening and interpreting artists’ abstract concepts into tangible creations, even when they struggle to articulate them clearly. It has equipped me with the ability to decipher subtle nuances that materialize their artistic endeavors. Ayra often arrived at the studio with a clear idea in mind, although not always in technical terms. The collaboration with her has enabled me to decipher her creative intent, which I now bring to my projects with other artists.”
Louddaaa also mentioned that the strong chemistry and deep connection in the studio during their collaboration on the album was cultivated from their prior work experiences together.
