The Emir of Daura, Umar Faruk, who was hospitalized for an undisclosed ailment, has made a recovery and was seen in a video holding court at the Federal Medical Center, Katsina. He had been moved from the palace in Daura to Katsina town before being admitted to the Intensive Care Center. His palace was sealed after recording “Coronavirus cases.”
In a viral video, Emir Umar Faruk was observed sitting on a white plastic chair as people knelt to greet him at the hospital premises. He also walked into the hospital without support as those around him cheered. A video of the incident was shared online.
