Edo State Residence of APC Chieftain Hit by Bomb Explosion

Reports indicate that the home of Lawrence Okah, the factional secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo State, was struck by an explosive device. Okah is known for being loyal to the national chairman of the APC, Adams Oshiomhole.

 

According to sources, the explosion occurred around 12:30 am on Tuesday, February 11th.

 

The blast damaged a portion of the building in Benin, resulting in a hole in the ground. At approximately 8 am, anti-bomb police officers were present at Okah’s residence.

 

Fortunately, there were no casualties from the explosion.

 

As of now, the state police command has not issued any official statement regarding this incident.
