According to President Donald Trump, the US government has invested two trillion Dollars in acquiring new military equipment. In the event of an Iranian attack on an American base or any American individual, the US will respond forcefully without hesitation.
These statements were made in response to the Iranian government’s claim of identifying 35 US targets for potential retaliatory strikes following the death of Qasem Soleiman, a commander in the Revolutionary Guards, in a US-ordered airstrike.
This follows Trump’s previous tweet, in which he warned that any Iranian attacks on Americans or American assets would result in swift and forceful strikes on 52 Iranian sites, representing the 52 American hostages taken by Iran many years ago.
