Details of #MeToo founder, Tarana Burke’s partner’s frightening battle with Coronavirus

The partner of Tarana Burke, the American civil rights activist and founder of the Me Too movement, has been diagnosed with Coronavirus. During a detailed Twitter thread, Burke, 46, shared information about her partner’s “scary” struggle with the disease, aiming to provide support as the pandemic continues to spread globally.

 

According to the activist, both she and her partner were exposed in mid-March. When they underwent testing for Coronavirus, her test yielded a negative result, while her partner’s test came back positive.
