Celebrating on December 26th, actor and politician Desmond Elliott and his wife, Victoria, are commemorating their 20th wedding anniversary.
The couple tied the knot in 2003 and are blessed with 4 children.
In a heartfelt declaration of love for Victoria on his Instagram page, Desmond wrote;
