The Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH) successfully delivered a baby girl for a 40-year-old woman who had tested positive for COVID-19. The delivery was conducted by a team of doctors, including anaesthetists and nurses, and the baby weighed 3.3kg. Both the mother and the baby are reported to be in good health. LUTH expressed gratitude to the medical team for their efforts in the face of the pandemic.
