Court Orders Substituted Service on Mohbad’s Wife in DNA Test Case

In a recent development, a Magistrate Court in Ikorodu, Lagos, has issued an order for the substituted service of a pending DNA application on Wunmi, the wife of the late singer Mohbad.

This information was shared in a statement by Monisola Odumosu, a member of the legal team representing the Aloba family.

The application, filed by Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, requested that Wunmi be served by posting all relevant court documents to her last known address.

According to the statement, the legal team argued that previous attempts by the sheriff to serve Wunmi had been unsuccessful.

The court ruled in favor of serving Wunmi by posting the court documents at her last known address to ensure she is properly informed about the ongoing legal proceedings.
