Former President Goodluck Jonathan has been granted the approval to participate in the 2023 presidential election by the Federal High Court in Yenagoa.
On Friday, May 27, Justice Isa Hamma Dashen delivered the judgment.
Furthermore, the high court ruled that no retroactive law can impede the former President’s right to contest for the presidential office again.
