Church Complex in Lagos Closed Due to Environmental Pollution

After receiving a complaint from concerned residents, the administrative and kitchen complex of the Jesus Sanctuary, a branch of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Masha, Surulere, Lagos, has been sealed off by the Lagos State Wastewater Management Office. This action was taken because of the indiscriminate discharge of wastewater into the surrounding environment.

On Saturday, the state’s Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, made this revelation through a post on his social media platform.
