Reports indicate that Chelsea is planning to send two of their young defenders out on loan during the upcoming summer.
According to the UK Sun, the players in question are Alfie Gilchrist and Caleb Wiley.
Gilchrist is expected to make a move to the Championship for the forthcoming season.
However, the defender has not yet finalized his destination, as both Sheffield United and Preston have put forward offers.
On the other hand, Wiley is scheduled to join Strasbourg, Chelsea’s affiliated club.
Wiley, who is an international player from the United States, had previously been signed by the Blues from Atlanta United.
