Kylie Jenner, a self-made billionaire and makeup mogul at the age of 22, has acquired a stunning $36.5 million mansion in Los Angeles’ Holmby Hills, as reported by TMZ.

 

The mansion spans 15,350 square feet and boasts seven bedrooms, along with a 24/7 guardhouse.

 

 

This property is described as a “brand new resort-compound on Mapleton drive in one of the most exclusive areas, offering unparalleled privacy and security,” according to the listing.

 

 

The mansion features a chef’s kitchen, outdoor projection screen, home theatre, bars, game rooms, a gym, a beautiful pool, fire pit, and a championship-level sports court with pickleball/basketball, as well as two guest apartments.

 

Additionally, Jenner reportedly shares ownership of a $13 million Beverly Hills investment property with co-parent Travis Scott, according to People magazine.
