Manchester United’s goalkeeper and Argentina international, Sergio Romero, had a car crash near the club’s Carrington training base on Monday.
The 32-year-old, who serves as the club’s No. 2 goalkeeper, was involved in an accident with his Lamborghini, valued at £170,000, near the training ground but escaped unharmed.
In photos and a video shared online, the Lamborghini can be seen underneath a roadside barrier while the goalkeeper stood to one side of the wreckage. It appears that Romero was driving on the A6144M at the time of the accident.
