Bwala, Atiku’s former Spokesman, Shares Plans to Join APC

Having served as the spokesperson for the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Daniel Bwala has revealed his intentions to switch sides by joining the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC.

His decision was disclosed following a meeting with President Bola Tinubu at the State House Abuja on Wednesday.

He confirmed his upcoming move, stating, “Yes, during my previous visit here, I was still affiliated with PDP. I have formally disassociated myself from PDP and I am in the process of transitioning to APC. It’s akin to planning a wedding; you don’t hastily proceed without informing close friends and family, ensuring their presence to celebrate the occasion. Therefore, I am en route to APC, a party I have always identified with.

“Let’s not forget my eight-year tenure in APC. Those of you in the media are well aware of my contributions and support dating back to President Buhari’s era. I temporarily left due to disparities, but now, I am back, focusing on the collective effort to steer the country towards a positive path. When the time for political activities emerges, those present will act accordingly. For now, my allegiance lies with President Bola Tinubu, and soon, I will formally rejoin APC.”
