An indefinite strike has been initiated by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) at the University of Abuja in response to issues concerning the union.
Following a congress held at the institution’s Permanent Site, the Abuja chapter of ASUU made the announcement to commence the strike.
Sylvanus Ugoh, the Chairman of ASUU at UniAbuja, informed Leadership that the decision had been reached to begin a complete and indefinite strike immediately.
