With President Bola Tinubu’s decision to reintroduce “Nigeria, We Hail Thee” as the national anthem, replacing “Arise, O Compatriots,” various individuals and institutions in Nigeria, including schools, have begun efforts to learn the reinstated anthem.

Just recently, pupils from Justice and Peace Primary School in Ogbere-Ijebu, Ogun State, joined the initiative by reciting all three stanzas of the reintroduced anthem during their own morning assembly.
