There are claims by Nigerian writer Gimba Kakanda that the management of Bayero University Kano has completed the translation of Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics textbooks into Hausa.
Kakanda believes that “this is a welcome development as it is a very effective way to domesticate science and technology in our society.”
