According to reports from NewsNow, Coach Ladan Bosso has been given a specific goal to achieve by Bayelsa United.
The Restoration Boys recently appointed Bosso as their head coach.
Following a disappointing performance in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) last season, Bayelsa United opted for the experienced gaffer.
Although the Yenagoa club narrowly avoided relegation, Bayelsa State sports commissioner Daniel Igali has tasked Bosso with securing a continental ticket for the team.
“You are a highly skilled coach, and we are counting on you to earn us a spot in continental football next year,” Igali emphasized.
In his previous tenure with Bayelsa United, Bosso led them to a third-place finish in the NPFL.
