Reports indicate that a director at the Federal Housing Authority in the Federal Capital Territory, Aondo Ver, has been kidnapped by the bandits that have been terrorizing Abuja.
The incident took place at around 12:30 am on Thursday in Pambara New Extension, Bwari Area Council.
It is reported that Pambara New Extension is located approximately 200 meters from the military camp and checkpoint in Bwari Central Area.
The assailants, who have been carrying out a series of attacks in the area, including killing and kidnapping unsuspecting citizens, allegedly accessed the victim’s residence by cutting the barbed wires of the fence.
Despite attempts to reach out for comments, the FCT Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh, did not respond to any inquiries by the time of this report.
