Security measures have been strengthened at the Ondo Infectious Disease Hospital after a suspected killer of Afenifere leader’s daughter, Adamu Adamu, attempted to escape from the facility.
It is worth remembering that the suspect, who was apprehended along with three others in connection to the murder of Pa Fasoranti’s daughter, Mrs. Olufunke Olakunri, tested positive for Coronavirus a few days ago.
Reports indicate that he has been employing various tactics to evade custody, including spending extended periods in the toilet. Recently, he made an attempt to flee from the facility.
As a result of the unsuccessful escape, the suspect has been restrained to his bed and closely monitored, even when using the toilet. The Nation has reported that soldiers have also been called in to support the police guarding the hospital.
