Arteta’s Response to Palmer’s Potential Absence in Arsenal vs Chelsea Encounter

In the upcoming clash between Arsenal and Chelsea, Arsenal’s manager, Mikel Arteta, has emphasized that Chelsea cannot be considered a one-man team, despite the uncertainty surrounding Cole Palmer’s availability for the Premier League match on Tuesday.

Arteta pointed out that Chelsea boasts a roster filled with players of immense quality throughout the field.

Palmer has been on top form for Chelsea this season, scoring an impressive 23 goals in various competitions.

Recent images show the 21-year-old with strapping on his left thigh prior to Chelsea’s FA Cup semi-final loss to Manchester City, indicating a possible injury concern at Wembley.

However, the club has suggested that Palmer might miss the visit to the Emirates due to an illness.

In response, Arteta stated, “We cannot predict…we have no say in their availability. Our focus remains on our preparations.”

He further added, “When you assess the lineup they could field, it’s evident that Chelsea possesses a remarkable level of quality.”

“I believe they are performing exceptionally well, beyond the assessments made by some. It promises to be a challenging contest,” Arteta affirmed.
