In response to the arrest of Uche Nwosu, former governorship candidate in Imo State, Nollywood actress Chinonso Arubayi expressed her disbelief, stating that she has never heard of anyone being arrested in a mosque.
This comment was made following Nwosu’s apprehension by security operatives during a church service in his hometown, Eziama Obieri.
A visibly shocked Arubayi questioned the necessity of security forces entering a church, particularly in light of the recent shooting incident during a post-burial service for Nwosu’s mother.
“I have never heard of an arrest in a mosque. Police shooting in a church during a post burial service of his mum?” Nonso wrote.
“This is really sad. What’s the difference between security operatives and unknown gunmen? Why the hell is this country upside down.” she added.
