Ariana Grande and her mother secure a permanent restraining order to deter an obsessed fan

A 5-year restraining order for Ariana Grande’s mother, Joan, has been approved by a judge, and this protection also extends to Ariana.

This decision comes after an incident where an obsessed fan was arrested on her property, around two months ago.

The order is effective until May 5, 2025.

As per the terms of the order, Fidel Henriquez, the obsessed fan, is prohibited from coming within 100 yards of Joan’s residence, her vehicles, and both Joan and Ariana themselves.

Additionally, Henriquez has been explicitly instructed not to harass, threaten, intimidate, or make any form of contact with them; this encompasses all forms of communication, including written correspondence, phone calls, and electronic messages such as texts and social media DMs.

Following Henriquez’s arrest for trespassing on their property in March, Ariana and her mother expressed fear for their safety and sought legal intervention.

It is alleged that Henriquez gained access to the property by following a delivery truck through the gates, and once inside, he was reportedly found rummaging through the garbage before knocking on Joan’s front door with a love note to Ariana in his possession.

He was arrested at the time for trespassing and battery after allegedly spitting on the responding officers.
