APC North West Urged to Unite for Sustained Relevance – Datti Muhammad


In a bid to maintain its dominance and political relevance in the region, Garba Datti Muhammad, the new national vice chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) North West, emphasizes the need for unity within the party.

During his inaugural meeting with zonal executive officers at the party’s zonal secretariat in Kaduna, he highlighted the importance of unity and harmony in the zone to propel the party’s prospects in the region.

Malam Musa Mailafiya Mada, the zonal publicity secretary of the APC, released a statement on Wednesday, echoing the chairman’s call for unity and emphasizing the significance of the North West zone in the nation’s political development.

Datti Muhammad, committed to leveraging his vast experience and connections, assured that he would work towards enhancing unity and cohesion among party members in the geopolitical zone. He also emphasized the commitment of the party’s national chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, to the success of the APC in the region.

The new vice chairman took the oath of office on Friday, August 25, 2023, following the resignation of Salihu Mohammed Lukman on July 26, 2023.
