Originally slated for June 20 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the fight will now be postponed to a date between October and December due to the uncertainties surrounding the allowance and size of crowds at sporting events. Eddie Hearn, Joshua’s promoter, stated that they aim to narrow the time gap between fights, with a prospective matchup against Tyson Fury also on the cards for 2021.
