Ally McCoist suggests it’s time for the Man Utd star to seek a new challenge in EPL

Former Rangers player and now pundit, Ally McCoist, is recommending that Manchester United’s forward, Marcus Rashford, should consider leaving Old Trafford this upcoming summer.

McCoist believes that Rashford could benefit from a fresh start elsewhere, especially with the club’s co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe planning a revamp of the Red Devils squad at the conclusion of the season.

This season, Rashford has struggled to make a significant impact under the management of Erik ten Hag.

Expressing his thoughts, McCoist senses that the English international might not be content with his current situation at United.

Speaking on talkSPORT, McCoist stated, “Considering Marcus Rashford, I genuinely think that it would be advantageous for everyone involved if he pursues a new challenge elsewhere.”

“I believe he is in need of a change, and it appears that Manchester United supporters are beginning to lose patience, not only with him but also with a few other players in the team,” McCoist added.

“Observing his demeanor, it’s evident that he is not in a happy place.”
