Kelly Clarkson, the American singer, has filed for divorce from her husband, Brandon Blackstock, after nearly seven years of marriage.
The Blast obtained court documents revealing that the American Idol winner quietly filed for divorce in Los Angeles last week.
Clarkson and Blackstock began dating in 2011 and tied the knot in 2013. They share two children, five-year-old daughter River Rose and four-year-old son Remington Alexander.
Blackstock also has a 13-year-old son, Seth, and a 17-year-old daughter, Savannah, from his previous marriage to Melissa Ashworth.
The news of their divorce comes a few weeks after Clarkson, reportedly worth $45 million, put her Encino, California home up for sale, listing the property for just under $10 million.
