Adeleke’s Plea for Continued Prayers from the Muslim Community

The call for unity and peaceful coexistence among the people of Osun State and the nation has been emphasized by Governor Ademola Adeleke.

During the celebration of Eid-el-Fitr, Adeleke urged Muslims to sustain their prayers for his administration.

A statement released by the governor’s spokesperson, Olawale Rasheed, conveyed this message from Osogbo on Wednesday.

“Congratulations to my Muslim brothers and sisters on another Eid-el-Fitr celebration.

“Through the past 30 days, we have dedicated ourselves to fasting and praying for our well-being, families, and the nation at large.

“I implore you all to maintain your prayers for us. Prayer knows no limits.

“In the words of the Yoruba people, situations already good and those yet to manifest, all deserve our prayers.

“Let us always stand united, remember, together we are strong, but divided we are weak.’’

The governor also affirmed his dedication to the timely completion of the Muslim Pilgrim camp in Osun State.

The completion of every project remains a top priority for his administration.
