Reportedly, American actress Vanessa Hudgens, 31, and actor Austin Butler, 28, have parted ways after dating for almost nine years.
According to a source cited by Us Weekly, the couple allegedly broke up in late 2019, with Vanessa now informing those close to her about the split.
An insider revealed, ‘Vanessa and Austin are officially broken up, and Vanessa has been telling those close to her about their breakup.’ The actors first started seeing each other in September 2011.
Prior to the confirmation, their absence during the holidays raised concerns among fans. The last public appearance of the pair together was in November 2019.
In November 2018, Vanessa mentioned their relationship in an interview with Women’s Health, stating, “We both respect, trust and admire each other. It’s so solid now because I feel strong as an independent woman. I am very self-reliant, but it’s nice to have a best friend you can share victories with as well as losses.”
As of now, Vanessa and Austin have not publicly commented on their relationship status.
