Nollywood veteran, Nkem Owoh, and his family are preparing to lay his second daughter, Kasisochukwu, to rest. The sad news of her passing on June 28 after a short illness shook many. Reports revealed that the 24-year-old had been battling liver cancer. Almost two months after her death, her family has scheduled her burial for August 24th. Despite her father not addressing the tragic news on social media or issuing a statement about the funeral, flyers detailing the burial arrangements have circulated online. The young woman will be laid to rest in her father’s hometown in Enugu State. The family has shared the heartbreaking news in an announcement, “The family of Nkem Owoh (Osuofian) of Umunevo Owonta of Umungwu clan in Amagu village, Udi town, Udi Local Government, Enugu State, regret to announce the death of our daughter. The deceased will be buried on August 24.”
