Deron Mayo, Jerod’s younger brother, was born on March 28, 1988, two years after Jerod. Following in his brother’s footsteps, Deron pursued a football career, initially at Old Dominion University before joining the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent. While his football career did not reach the same heights as Jerod’s, in 2018, Deron transitioned into the role of assistant strength and conditioning coach for the New England Patriots.

The Youngest Brother, Derek Mayo

Like his older brothers, Derek also had a football journey, playing for the University of Richmond before graduating with degrees in Psychology and Business Administration and Management. He has since ventured into the professional world and currently holds the position of Regional Portfolio Manager at Bozzuto in Washington, DC. Derek has previously worked in various senior management roles, showcasing his success in his chosen career path.
