A Total of 873 NYSC Participants Successfully Completed Service in Gombe, with Three Absconding

During a low-key passing-out ceremony at the Gombe Zonal Office, it was announced that 873 Batch B stream II Corps members in Gombe State have fulfilled their one-year mandatory national youth service. However, three participants absconded, while one individual had their service extended.

The state coordinator, Chinwe Nwachuku, shared this information and commended the corps members for their dedication to their host communities and the nation as a whole. They were encouraged to continue displaying self-discipline in their future pursuits.

Nwachuku inaugurated a reward system to acknowledge exceptional leaders in the Community Development Service (CDS) program. Two individuals, Dr. Inuwa Bazallahi Hassan (GM/23B/1571) from the Medical/Health Aids CDS group and Asiya Abdullahi Muhammad (GM/23B/2624), received letters of commendation and cash awards for their outstanding contributions.

Moreover, Certificates of National Service were presented to deserving corps members, along with commendation letters to Corps Liaison Officers from various LGAs for their unwavering commitment to duty.
