It has been confirmed that Arsenal midfielder, Charlie Patino, has departed from the club to join La Liga 2 team, Deportivo de La Coruna.
In an announcement made on Monday, Mikel Arteta’s team revealed the news on their official website.
Regarding the transfer, Arsenal’s statement read, “Charlie Patino has officially transferred to La Liga 2 outfit, Deportivo de La Coruna.
The statement also included appreciation for Patino’s contributions to the club and well wishes for his future at Deportivo de La Coruna.
Having joined Arsenal back in 2015, Patino signed his first professional contract in October 2020.
The 20-year-old made his debut for the first team in December 2021 after a loan spell at Swansea City in the Championship last season.
